Uganda – Friday, July 3, 2020,/ https://africanpostonline.com/ The passengers on board Emirate Airline arrived at the Entebbe International Airport on 3rd June 2020, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uganda.
Over 400 Ugandans returned home yesterday aboard flights from South Africa, UK, Eswatini and Italy, Mr Patrick Mugoya, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
Uganda joins other African countries in repatriating her stranded citizens from abroad and those who needed to return home due to the effects of covid-19.
As covid-19 protocols demands, they will be quarantined for 14 days and tested for Covid-19 before being allowed to join their families.
