GHANA- Wednesday, August 5, 2020/– Film director and singer Cornelius Phanthomas, popularly referred to as Kobi Rana has fired back at Yvonne Nelson as he claims she has never supported anybody.

Yvonne who took to her social media page claimed that there was no support in the Ghanaian entertainment industry.

In a tweet, Yvonne said that “I DON’T GET WHY INDDUSTRY PEOPLE HATE EACH OTHER SO MUCH!!!!. Like can you be happy when someone wins? And such wins are actually for GH. Imagine being a Blackstar player and hating when another player scores for GH!”

This apparently did not sit well with Kobi Rana as he countered Yvonne Nelson’s claims on Instagram saying she had “NEVER posted or supported anybody’s movie in your entire life. Today, you cry about support”.

He further stressed that building the industry was a collective effort, and called her out to practice what she preaches.

“ Let us not preach LOVE and practice otherwise. We are ALL involved in making the INDUSTRY strong”, he said.

Yvonne Nelson seems to be concerned about support in the industry as in an earlier post weeks ago she called on the president Nana Akufo-Addo to “use his power support Ghanaians”.
