Award-winning actress and activist Lydia Forson, known as a no-nonsense celebrity and fearless in speaking her mind on social and political issues trends on twitter with the hashtag, #asklydiaforson.

As she trends with many people asking her questions out of curiosity, one thing stands out on issues regarding her perception of feminism and men.

With interest in feminism, she seems to be answering a lot of questions concerning feminism and men whiles ignoring some trivial questions like whether she is married or when she will marry.

According to Lydia, as an advocate for women and a feminist, she does not hate men.

People choose to ask her question on men and feminism because of her strong points on men and how she expresses her mind concerning men in regards to relationships, domestic violence, abuse, with a strong perception that many grasps as a strong dislike for men.

Apart from questions regarding feminism and men, people also asked her about her political ambition since celebrities are now shifting careers into politics.

However, she claims that she doesn’t think politics is for her even though many encouraged her. Her reason is that she doesn’t have the ‘political diplomacy’ required by Ghanaians, and feels better in the middle.
But she added, “but I guess I’ll never say never”.
