GHANA- National Democratic Congress (NDC) Protesters converged at Accra Mall to demonstrate against the ruling Government, National Patriotic Party (NPP).
The demonstration is dubbed ‘March for Justice’ according to the organizers.
Some placards captioned: No Justice for the dead, no peace; we feel your silence Akufo-Addo and Bawumia. Ghanaian Lives Matter!; the killing of innocent Ghanaians just to put fears in their hearts will be resisted.

The demonstrators are advised to adhere to all covid-19 protocols with the deadly new Delta Variant in Ghana.
Security forces are there to ensure safe and peaceful protest.
The Ghana police service issued a press statement indicating routes for the March for Justice protest; the green park opposite Accra mall through Opeibea traffic intersection to AFGO Junction and finally to the Parliament House.
There shall be intermittent closure of public roads from Tetteh Quashie Interchange through the liberation road towards the AU Roundabout on Independence Avenue. Ghana Police Service added.
