The biggest ‘death trap’ in Ghana, road accident, has taken the lives of three people on the morning of Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25, 2019, with many others injured in the Bole District of the Savannah Region.
Mr. Enoch Adutwum Bediako, the Savannah Regional Police Commander, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) confirmed the accident and stated that some injured persons and the deceased were convened to the bole Government Hospital.
The accident occurred around 5:40 am this morning as the two minibusses had a head-on collision leading to the fatality.
Investigations are currently ongoing to establish the cause.
We wish those injured a speedy recovery and may the soul of the departed rest in peace as we mourn with the families.
