“Dumsor must stop” campaign leader, Yvonne Nelson is at it again as she takes on sitting president, Akufo Addo and asks him to use his power to “serve Ghanaians”.
The “dumsor must stop” campaign was directed at former president and now National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama to take action against the frequent power outages the country was facing during his administration.
Taking to her Twitter page, the actress only posted, “use your power to serve Ghanaians” and tagged the president.
Though it is unsure the underlying meaning of the post, it is clear however that Yvonne does not comment on political issues unless it has an impact on the Ghanaian citizenry.
Yvonne has hinted in her interest to join politics in order to reduce the struggles of Ghanaians but could however not choose between the two major political parties, NPP and NDC because they had both failed Ghanaians.
