#GhanaDecides: Police arrest EC officials for tampering with Presidential ballot papers

The Electoral Commission of Ghana has released a press statement informing the general public about the arrest of two EC officials for tampering with the presidential ballot papers in Awutu Senya and Bawku Central.

The two officers, Mary Adatsi and Ahmed Shafawu are said to be currently in police custody.
The commission has assured the general public that the officers would be prosecuted accordingly.

Some Ghanaians expressed satisfaction towards the Electoral Commission for their swift interventions to protect the sanctity of the 2020 general election.

Voters have been reminded of about two hours to the end of polls and are encouraged to exercise your civic responsibility.
