A young lady with shocking rape stories raising $100,000 to build a safe home for children trapped with their abusers

ACCRA, Ghana – Tuesday, June 23, 2020/ https://africanpostonline.com/—An African American lady identified as Scar-lip on Instagram is raising funds for sexually abused children on GoFundme to build a safe home for victims.

Scar-lip uses her sexual abuse and rape experience to rap and raises awareness of sexual abuse and rape in society.

Her GoFundme (https://www.gofundme.com/f/the-scar-lip-homes?utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=customer&utm_campaign=p_lico+share-sheet) page with the name Sierra Lucas targets $100,000 as she aspires to build homes for girls and boys who are trapped with their abusers and neglected by the system.

She wrote, “It’s ridiculous, I want to get kids out of these types of situations. I want to build a safe home for them, and I need everyone’s help to make this come true, not trying to do it for my own benefits. It’s genuinely to help so if y’all wanna donate the link is on my bio.

Turning her pain and childhood experience of sexual abuse, rape, and molestation into championing a cause, she has become a voice and inspiration to many victims of sexual abuse and rape in society. She is encouraging and urging many victims to speak up, demand justice and challenge the norm in society.

The young musician is also raising awareness with the community that abuse cause mental & physical illness in people that have survived it.

She accuses her aunt of molestation and drugging her to enable her boyfriend abuse and rape her. As if that was not enough, she recounted how her uncle sexually abused and raped her, taking away her dignity, virginity and self-worth.

She also narrates how she lost her lovely mother at the age of 12 years and not having her father supporting plus staying in a foster home and her struggle with depression.

With an increase in sexual abuse and rape cases in society in recent times, people are raising awareness and others speaking up and also telling their stories to demand justice.

Scar-lip interacts with victims on her Instagram page and has been able to raise $1,700 so far. She also recounted getting her lips scared by her brother during a physical altercation. Being bullied for scars on her lips and overcoming the negatives, she is about to use that pain to start a lip gloss business.
