GHANA- Wednesday, August 5, 2020/– Ghanaian comedian and actor Benson Naa Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face has shocked fans with a new beef that Kumawood actor and a musician Lilwin ‘juju man’.
The Comedian, who in an interview on the Accra based Accra FM yesterday, in a program hosted by the famous host Nana Romeo; established on record that the least amount he charges to avail himself for an interview is nothing less than GH₵ 10,000.
But he came to the FM to be interviewed by Nana Romeo just because he is a close friend and a brother. Surprisingly, he gifted his friend and a brother, Nana Romeo a beautiful designer personal body spray which is worth about GH₵ 3,000.
Funny Face stated that “I charge at least Gh10,000 for interviews. I charged Despite Gh50,000 before agreeing to go on the United Showbiz Show. This is no joke. I didn’t know Lil Win would be there anyway, I wouldn’t have gone”.
In weeks prior to the interview on the United Showbiz show, hosted by Nana Ama Mcbrown, Funny Face and his partner in beef, Lilwin had a massive fall out in the open media space, following Lilwin’s expression of utter disappointment in the comedian’s award given him as the overall best actor of the year. But fortunately for them, their issues were resolved.
During the interview, Funny Face stirred up another issue of calling Lilwin ‘juju man’.” There’s a big difference between favor, grace and juju and that goes to somebody “. Confidently saying everyone knows the person he is referring to as ‘juju man’.
He added furiously, “if elders like Father Dickson and Dr. Kwame Despite settles issues between two people and they are ready to give you every money you want for you to let everything go. And you go and meet some different radio stations to brag.
Funny Face sent a question and strong warning to Lilwin saying ” I hugged and shakes you. Why do you go back and to tell me to return the award?. I’m not minding you because I have better vision. Make u no joke come the way I dey. I’m forgiving you that’s insane.
Don’t trespass again”. Funny Face ended his interview with Nana Romeo by dedicating the 11th track on the Album Animal Kingdom to Castro. ” My 11th track on my Album Animal is for Castro and his memory lives long. Wherever he is I know he isn’t dead but if he is then I will go back to Animal Music. I want to play more sensible songs.
