Life Never Guarantee Happiness, So Practice The Art Of Happiness

There’s a simple way to think of life: Nothing is permanent. So before you get depressed over an issue, think again. Murphy’s Law states, “Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.” It’s natural for things to lose an order.  Even nature is fighting to survive.

The earth suffers flooding, earthquakes, storms, hurricanes, tsunamis, mountains erode, and sea animals face volcanic eruptions. Weeds overtake gardens, trees die, cars and houses get damaged with age, we as humans also age and die.

Before you give up remember you have the choice to fight back and that is the good news.

The true meaning of life is striving for survival. Everything on earth is fighting something. Giving up isn’t the solution. Remember, even the earth is fighting.

Better life doesn’t come easy. It requires energy, zeal and absolute dedication to survive and make life meaningful. That is the only lead to a life with purpose. Life naturally does not give anything with ease, not even happiness. Even if given freely, you need constant effort to keep it or it decays or spoils.

To be happy, you need to constantly practice happiness. Unfortunately, we never think of that. We must make an effort to always be happy and maintain it.

Financial stress, social demands, desires and wants of material things, work pressure, parenting issues, insufferable in-laws, conflicts in core values, infidelity in relationships, natural disasters and so on will play a part in creating sad moments in our lives. How do we fight and deal with all that? Our responses to all the pains and challenges are what matters most.

The only control we have on this earth is control within our circle, our mind, and body but not things outside our control.

Take life easy and not too personal. Desire a few things, set goals and work on them one day at a time. Focus on what matters to you and makes you fulfil.

Not everything you wish in life is guaranteed. Those you don’t get shouldn’t make you sad.
