The City of Wolverhampton Council in England is appealing to the general public to assist in finding the relatives or friends of David Hackman.
David Hackman, 44, believed to be from either Liberia or Ghana who passed away recently was leaving in the Pennfield’s area of Wolverhampton.
The City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking help to enable the arrangement of his funeral.
“Anyone who is related to Mr Hackman, or has any information which may help trace his relatives, is asked to please call Protection and Funerals Officer Diane Washbrook on 07967 769826 or email her via diane.washbrook@wolverhampton.gov.uk as soon as possible”, The City of Wolverhampton Council stated.
