Kumawood actress and TV presenter, Emelia Brobbey said she wasn’t convinced by anyone to do music but she just loves music. ” No one convinced me to do music. It was all my decision.”

According to her, she started music because of the love she has for it. “There is no idea behind why I entered into music but the love for it.”

“I’m not only a musician but an actress and a TV presenter so if I wanted to focus on only music then I wouldn’t have added TV presentation. But I see myself as an entertainer and there is nothing wrong with me including music, ” Emelia added.

In an interview with Halifax Ansah-Addo on Okay FM, she clarified that Ghanaians sees her only as an actress and they are not ready to accept her for another thing apart from acting.

” I don’t wanna dwell on what people will say but I’m just dwelling on positivity, ” she added.

The host of ‘Okukuseku the talk show’ said, she isn’t doing music because of the money involved but just the love of it. ” I’m doing music because I love it and I’m well established before I included music. But music comes with its profit.”

Emelia clears the air saying she is known by many as a music lover and she is surprised with the reactions she gets about her music journey.

She also made mention of ‘Fameko’ being her second song. ” I made my first song with Brother Sammy and even a video for orphans so ‘Fameko’ is not my second song and music video I have done.”
