I woke up today to see beautiful pictures of graffiti artwork sent to my WhatsApp.
The amazing thing is that the beautiful graffiti artwork in the heart of Accra is located at Ako Adjei Interchange. Graffiti is writing or drawings made on a wall or other surface, usually as a form of artistic expression.
The artwork depicts Ghanaian culture, tradition, religion, and festivals and initiated by the Ghana Association of Visual Artists (GAVA) in partnership with Accra Metropolitan Assembly and the Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly.
The busy flyover would soon be a busy place for photographers, models, music artists and slay queens and kings.
We hope to see such artworks at the various part of Accra to uplift the beauty of the city.
