Rwanda ranks 81st in global passport indexing

RWANDA- According to the Henley Passport Index, Rwanda now ranks 81st in global passport indexing as holders of Rwanda passport can travel to 110 countries in the world.

Henley Passport Index rank passports based on data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) on the number of destinations passport holders can visit without a visa.

Despite the Covid-19, vaccination in some countries enabled the resumption of regular international air travel. 

Since August 1 2020, Rwanda reopens its airport for international flights. 

Ranked by the World Bank in 2020 as the second easiest place to do business in Africa, the beautiful country is also known as one of the top African tourist destinations in the world

Known as the land of a thousand hills with stunning scenery and warm, friendly people, Rwanda offers 30-day free visa upon arrival for all citizens from the African Union, Commonwealth and La Francophonie member countries.
