President Buhari appoints 12 New Permanent Secretaries and other Governments Officials

New permanent Secretaries and other Government Officials were appointed at the Council Chambers in June by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan and has swore in today.

President Muhmmadu Buhari swore in 12 new permanent secretaries at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa in Abuja today.

The officials were appointed and swore in ahead of the 13th weekly virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the state house in Abuja.

Ministers present at today’s council meeting include Godswill Akpabio, Abubakar Malami, Lai Mohammed, Zainab Ahmed, Mohammed Bello and Sulieman Adamu.

The newly sworn in permanent secretaries and their states are: Belgore Shuaib Mohammad Lomido (Kwara); Akinlade Oluwatoyin (Kogi); Ekpa Anthonia Akpabio (Cross River); Alkali Bashir Nura (Kano); Ardo Babayo Kumo (Gombe) and Anyanwutaku Adaora lfeoma (Anambra).

Others are Udoh Moniloja Omokunmi (Oyo); Hussaini Babangida (Jigawa); Mohammed Aliyu Ganda (Sokoto); Mahmuda Mamman (Yobe); Meribole Emmanuel Chukwuemeka (Abia) and Tarfa Yerima Peter (Adamawa).

President Buhari in the same vein, swore in a commissioner for the Federal Civil Service Commission, Idahagbon Henry and one for the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission, Usman Hassan.
